IN VITRO  PLANT   TISSUE  CULTURE   PRODUCTION

Since more 20 years, we are at the service of Plant's Improvement, Varieties Creation , Saving and Sanitary Restoration of cultivars, as well as the Preservation of the Biodiversity of botanical species. The laboratory of production of in vitro plants was created to Bourges in 1994.

Independent in vitro plants production unit, we offer various services in full confidentiality for the professionals of  plants breeding and vegetable production and the fascinated amateurs.

Our skills concern the works of in vitro culture: production, development of protocol, research, subcontracting, improvement of culture media, manufacturing of stock solutions or culture media, training course for the amateurs in the techniques of in vitro cultures. Our customer is international. We can work also for small volumes.


The in vitro technologies  we use are essentially the following ones:
  • fast and true copy micropropagation, (clonage) to beginning the progation of a new variety 
  • meristem culture to product free-virus and free-bacterial plants 
  • haplo-diploïdisation to the fast creation of pure lines
  • somatic embryogenesis
  • variants creation by mutagenesis,
  • rescue of immature embryos, early tests, etc.


We take part in some shows, exhibitions, Day of the Science or conferences which allow us to present our work to professionals or private individuals. These events bring us to explain an underestimated enough work but nevertheless very used upstream to the plant network in particular to the improvement of plants. These presentations are necessary in the current context of "demonization" of the sciences or still too often erroneous journalistic information as regards the vegetable selection notably.
